The client has a good social media presence on Facebook but wanted to redesign their old website left by a developer with these problems:

*NO SEO best practices taken into account  (no meta titles, descriptions, H1 and body content, relevant images were set)

*NO Google Analytics or Google Search Console to track visitors or keyword data

*NOT optimized for conversions (calls, fill out forms for quote, contact methods)

*NO copywriting to reach their desired homeowner audience. (Placeholder text was left with no copywriting on all its pages left a bad professional image)

Goals 

Enhance business visibility
Generate qualified leads and conversions

Action Plan

Upgraded the entire website to a new mobile responsive design. 

Fixed broken links and technical elements to improve user experience.

Created new service pages, and rewrote all their on-page content and copy to match the needs and desires of their customers.

Installed click-to-call buttons and a contact form for homeowners to either call or fill out the form for estimates.

Installed Google Analytics to track visitors, conversions, and Google Console for keyword data.

 

The Results

With the new content and pages, the website started ranking for new keywords almost immediately, increasing its visibility. 


Organic traffic now makes up their most prominent marketing channel.
